LPG Servicing

If it makes sense to convert to LP Gas then it also makes sense to maintain your LPG system.  Servicing your LPG system will maximise the total gain you receive by running on LPG, which is ultimately saving dollars and cents.

With over 20 years' of experience LP GAS 1 has been able to research and determine the optimum service intervals for your system.

We recommend that your system has a 12 month/20,000 kms LPG services and dynometer tune on or DYNO DYNAMIC constant 4WD chassis dynomoter. In addition to this service we suggest at 60,000 kms intervals the LPG converter should be serviced and diaphragms replaces as required.

LPGAS1 ANNUAL LPG CHECK & TUNE OFFERS:

• Electronic scope test of all ignition components where applicable.
• Replace spark plugs and air filter if required.
• Clean and service throttle body/carburettor throat.
• Leak test entire LPG system.
• Check and set ignition were applicable.
• Set up vehicle on 4WD chassis dyno and recalibrate LPG mixtures to spec and check petrol operation.
• Test LPG processor operation and control of power and economy modes.
• Road test and check drivability on both fuels.

NOTE: Any work being carried on high pressure pipes and fittings must be carried out by an LPG accredited technician in an AAFRB registered workshop.
