LPG CONVERSIONS: DIESEL ROAD TRANPORT

Road transport Gas (RTG) is an economical fuel solution that maximises the performance of your truck.  It uses a state of the art microprocessor to mix diesel, which is a slow burning fuel, and LPG, a faster burning fuel.  By combining the two fuels, LPG acts as a catalyst and more than 95% of the diesel fuel is burnt - providing cleaner emissions, lower exhaust temperatures and improved fuel consumption.

RTG mixes LPG vapour into the intake air stream to enhance the combusion process.  The ignition of the diesel fuel under compression provides the spark for the LPG, which has a higher flash point than diesel, increasing the burn rate of the diesel, providing more complete combusion.
