We also have an LPG injection system for diesel engines developed here in Australia. The diesel system can provide up to 20% more power and torque, provide up to 20% reduction in fuel costs, this increases the range by up to 20%, reduces engine wear and reduces black plume other emissions. This particular kit has been designed predominantly for the 4WD market.
A second LPG injection system for diesel engines has also been designed for prime movers and commercial vehicles. This sophisticated dual phase injection (DPI) computer module controls the injection of either compressed natural gas (CNG) or liquefied petroleum (LPG) into mechanical and electronics diesel engines, whether stationary or mobile. The system operates by simultaneously blending diesel and a small quantity of gas in the engine's combustion chamber, resulting in a more efficient burn outcome. Historically, a net fuel saving between 10% - 15% is expected.
